landmine explosion injured a citizen

KMMK:
On Tuesday, May 25, 2021, a citizen named “Sherko” from the village of “Bioran” in Sardasht was injured in the leg by a landmine explosion and suffered a disability.

According to a report received by the Kurdistan Human Rights Society, Shirko had an accident while grazing livestock and a mine explosion caused his disability.

This citizen had transferred to Sardasht Hospital for medical treatment.
It is noteworthy that many border areas of East Kurdistan are mined by the Iranian government and many are injured or killed as a result of the explosion of these mines every year.
