Possibility of deporting a Kurdish refugee from Germany

KMMK:

According to a report received by the Kurdistan Human Rights Association (KMMK) e. V. , the German government intends to deport a Kurdish refugee named “Haji Yousefi”, born in Sardasht, from Germany and deport him to Iran.

The Kurdish refugee stated in an interview with KMMK; “I have been a member of the Kurdistan Democrat Party for about 8 years. In the summer of 2015, I was chased by plainclothes forces on the day of Dr. Sadegh Sharafkandi’s martyrdom due to the distribution of Democrat Party leaflets. “Fortunately, I managed to escape from them and left Iran immediately.”

He entered Germany in 2015 and applied for asylum, but so far the immigration office and the court have rejected the asylum application of this Kurdish political activist. The German government has stated that it must leave Germany and deport him to Iran.

Due to the political activities of this asylum seeker, deportation to Iran and his extradition to the Iranian government will put his life in serious danger.
