According to the report received by the Kurdistan Human Rights Association (KMMK) news center, “Samad Shaboyi” was arrested on Monday, August 12, 2024, after being summoned to the Vermi Revolutionary Court (Urmia) by the security forces of the Iranian regime and was taken to Urmia prison.
This citizen from “Shahwaneh” village of Shno district was also arrested on Monday, August 21, 2023, and after two months, he was released on bail of three billion tomans.
It should be remembered that; On Tuesday, July 11, 2023, Siamand Shaboyi, the brother of Samad Shaboyi and a member of the Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran, was assassinated by the security agencies of the Iranian regime in Bahreke town of Holir (Erbil) in the Kurdistan Region.
