According to the reports, on Saturday, April 16, 2023, a truck collided with a Samand Car on the road of Nowsud-Paveh, 5 people from the village of Zelan in the jurisdiction of Jovanro were injured and the condition of two of the people was reported to be critical.
According to the Kurdistan Human Rights Association, the injured people named Kamiar Mustafa and Arash Karimi were seriously injured and are currently hospitalized in the ICU of Taleghani Hospital in Kermashan.
