Temporary release of two citizens from prison

Two political prisoners named “Wrya Faraji”, from Marivan, and Ayub Mousavi from Shno (Oshnavieh), were temporarily released from prison.
According to the report, on Wednesday, March 10, 2021, a citizen identified as Wrya Faraji, a political prisoner, was sent on leave from the I.R.Iran’s prison in the city of Marivan.
In March 2019, he was tried in the Revolution Court of Marivan on charges of collaborating with a Kurdish opposition party in Iran and sentenced to five years in prison.
The sentence was reduced to 2 years in prison following his protest in Court of Appeal.

Also in recent days, “Ayoub Mousavi”, a political prisoner from Shno, was released on parole from the government prison in Nexede (Naghadeh).
It is worth mentioning that Ayoub Mousavi was arrested by IRGC intelligence forces in August 2019 and after a while he was tried in the Revolution Court of the government in Urmia on charges of collaborating with a Kurdish opposition party and sentenced to 3 years and 6 months in prison.and released on bail in that year.
He was arrested on december 25, 2019 and transferred to Naghadeh Prison to serve his sentence.
