According to a report received by Kurdistan Human Rights Association, four citizens named “Ghafoor Espandar”, “Hossein Gardashi”, “Siavash Eini” and “Keyvan Andaz” have been released on bail.
According to the report, on monday, March 8, 2021, Ghafoor Espandar, a resident of “Shno”, was temporarily released from the government detention center in Urmia after completing the interrogation process on bail.
He was arrested by security forces on January 29, 2021 in shno on charges of “collaborating with a kurdish opposition party in the Iran” and was transferred to a security detention center for interrogation.
Also, Hossein Gardashi from Bokan, was released on bail from the prison of the I.R.Iran in Urmia.
He was arrested on January11 of this year without a court order by the Iranian government’s security forces on charges of “collaborating with a Kurdish party.”
He was transferred to the government prison in Urmia on February 13 after completing his interrogation.
Siavash Eini and Keyvan Andaz from “Mahabad” have also been released on bail from the Central Prison of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Urmia.
They were transferred from the revolutionary guards Intelligence detention center in Urmia to the government prison in that city after completing the interrogation process.
Siavash Eini is a teacher at Haj Abdullah Rostamzadeh Elementary School and Keyvan Andaz is an english language student at the University of tabriz. The two citizens were arrested by revolutionary guards intelligence forces in early January.
