According to reports, on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, the death sentence of Kourosh Bozorgmehr was carried out in the Iranian regime’s central prison in Sna (Sanandaj) on charges of “warring against the state through armed robbery.”
Also, on Wednesday, January 14, Borzo Mehdinia was executed in Malayer Prison and Farshad Heydarikia in Bojnourd Prison on similar charges of “drug-related crimes.” On the same day, three citizens, Ehsan Ansari, Azim Morad Hosseini, and Mehrshad Asadabadi, were executed on charges of premeditated murder in Quchan, Esfarayen, and Mahabad prisons, respectively.
