Based on available information, on Monday, November 17, 2025, a citizen named Farid Abdipour, who was one of the eye victims and an activist and pioneer of the “Women ,Life , Freedom” (Zhen ,Zhian ,Azadi) movement in the city of Sna (Sanandaj), attempted suicide and ended his life.
It is worth noting that Farid Abdipour played a significant role in organizing the protesters in the first three months of the “Women ,Life , Freedom” movement and was then targeted by the Iranian regime’s armed forces, which hit his left eye and caused him to become blind.
It is noteworthy that no information is available yet about the cause of this activist’s suicide.
