On Sunday, February 11, 2024, Saiwan Salehi, a 20-year-old from Baneh, was targeted and murdered by Iranian regime border guards during kolbari with a group of kolbars at the border crossing in Baneh.
It should be mentioned that according to some previous reports, Second Colonel Mostafa Moradi, the deputy commander of the Baneh border crossing, not only plans to kill, horrifyingly torture, and humiliate citizens during kolbari but has also issued orders to shoot citizens surrendering, a matter we witness daily in abundance.
