On Saturday, September 6, 2025, security forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran raided the village of Selen in Hawraman, part of Sevllava (Sarvabad), and arrested two citizens: Mostafa Edvaei, a physical education teacher (PE), and Kiomars Edvaei, a former political prisoner. Both were transferred to an undisclosed location.
According to a report received by the KMMK News Center, several vehicles belonging to the intelligence agency, carrying armed personnel, stormed the village in the early hours of the morning. The raid caused fear and panic among residents, with security forces breaking windows of several homes. Reports indicate that they also attempted to arrest other individuals who were not at home at the time.
It should be noted that the arrests were carried out arbitrarily, without presenting any judicial warrant.
