On Sunday, September 21, 2025, two men were executed in Iran’s central prison in Kermanshah on charges of premeditated murder. Local sources identified them as Kazem (Milad) Jameshwarani, 27 years old, and Hadi Norouzi, 28 years old.
According to an informed source, Jameshwarani was detention about 17 months ago on charges of murdering his cousin and sentenced to self-retribution. Norouzi had also been detention on murder charges for five years and his sentence of self-retribution had been confirmed.
As of the publication of this report, news of the execution of these two sentences had not been announced in Iranian state media or official sources.
