K.M.M.K:
According to the KMMK News Center, “Ali Daneshi” and “Samrand Vojudi”, two citizens from Mahabad, were sentenced to four months in prison each by the First Branch of the Revolutionary Court of Iran.
These two citizens were detention on May 9, 2025, after attending a wedding ceremony wearing traditional Kurdish clothing, without a judicial warrant and with violence by security forces.
The men were temporarily released on bail after initial interrogation.
