Javanroud; A teenager ended his life

On Thursday, March 31, 2022, A teenage citizen with named “Arshia Ebrahi”, a 17 years old the son of Amir and a resident of Javanroud (Javanro), committed suicide by hanging himself and ended his life.

Until this writing, the cause of this citizen’s suicide is unknown.

It should be noted that on Monday of this week, a citizen identified as “Ali Fattahi”, a graduate student of mechanics at Kermashan University, committed suicide by hanging himself due to poverty.

It is worth mentioning that poverty and lack of work, the people of Kurdistan, especially the youth, severe economic pressure and forced marriage, gender discrimination, lack of legal protection for women, poverty and unemployment are the main causes of suicide in Kurdistan.
