A citizen was sentenced to 30 months in prison in Oshnavieh

A citizen with the identity of “Hashem Khoran” son of Osman and a resident of “Alian” village in ​​Oshnavieh (Shno) functions was sentenced to 30 months imprisonment by the First Branch of the Revolutionary Court of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Oshnoyeh (Shno).

According to the report, the court was held on Sunday, March 13, 2022, in the First Branch of the Revolutionary Court of the I.R.Iran in Oshnavieh (Shno) and he was sentenced to 30 months in prison for collaborating with a Kurdish party opposed to the Iranian government.

It’s worth mentioning that this citizen was temporarily released from the Iranian prison in Oshnavieh (Shno) on june 28, 2021, on a bail of 500 million Toman, until the end of the trial.
It should be noted that he was denied the right to a lawyer and to visit his family during his detention.

It should be noted that on the 3rd of July, 1,2021 security forces of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards raided the village of Alian, Arrested Hashem Khoran and another citizen, identified as Mehran Soleimanpour, and transferred them to the I.R.Iran’s detention center in Urmia.

The mentioned forces also detained these citizens, searched Hashem Khoran’s house, and confiscated some of their belongings.
