Payam Anvari transferred to prison And kheyrat parvazeh was released

According to a report received by Kurdistan Human Rights Association, “Payam Anvari”, a political prisoner, was transferred to prison to serve his sentence, and “Kheyrat Parvazeh” was released from prison after serving his sentence.
Payam Anvari, resident of baneh, son of Kaveh, was sentenced to 5 years in prison by I.R.Iran Revolution Court in the city of Sna in November 2020, and the sentence was reduced to 3 years and 6 months in prison.
He was transferred to the prison in Sna to serve 3 years and 6 months in prison.
He was arrested on December 24, 2019, and tried in the Second Branch of the Revolutionary Court on May 2, 2020, and on November 12, 2020, he was sentenced by First Branch of Revolution Court, presided over by Judge “Saeedi”, to membership in a Kurdish opposition party.
Also, the political prisoner “Kheyrat Parvazeh”, 30 year old son of Rahman resident of Marivan, has been released from the Iranian government prison in this city.
Kheyrat Parvazeh was sentenced to 6 months in prison by the Revolutionary Court of the Iranian government in Marivan on charges of “collaborating with a Kurdish opposition party.”
