On Monday and Tuesday, 16–17 November 2025, the death sentences of at least four citizens were carried out in the prisons of Malayer, Bojnourd, Dorud, and Bukan on charges of “premeditated murder” and “drug-related offenses.”
According to received reports, on Monday, 16 November, Khodakaram Mardani and Nima Goodarzi were executed on charges of “premeditated murder” in the prisons of Malayer and Bojnourd, respectively.
Furthermore, on Tuesday, 17 November, Hamzeh Soltanpanah, a citizen from Bukan, was executed on a charge of “premeditated murder” in the central prison of this city, and on the same day, the death sentence of Mohammad-Javad Rashidi, convicted of “drug-related offenses,” was carried out in Bojnourd Prison.
