According to KMMK News Center, on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, Mansour Karimi, a board member of the Free Workers’ Union of Iran, passed away due to lack of medical care at Tawhid Hospital in Sanandaj.
Reports indicate that Karimi had visited Tawhid Hospital on Thursday, November 4, 2025, for health issues and, after being hospitalized for about a week, lost his life.
Sources close to his family stated that Karimi’s health had deteriorated prior to his death, but necessary medical interventions were not provided in a timely manner.
His death has sparked reactions among labor activists and workers’ rights advocates, who are demanding an investigation into the cause of death and the adequacy of the medical care he received.
