The execution of a prisoner in Khorramabad, East of Kurdistan

In a report to the Kurdistan Human Rights Association on Saturday 7 August 2017, one prisoner was executed in the Parsilon Prison of Khorramabad. “Hamed Qayed Rahmat ” of the drug offenders who had been transferred to the cell for sentencing to death in the past few days. His death sentence was carried out on Saturday.

It should be noted that at the same time, two other prisoners, Saeed Pour Hormozi and Hossein Shahi, were executed in the Central Urmia Prison in eastern Kurdistan on drug charges.
