On Saturday, August 30, 2025, Hamid Kakavand, a resident of Harsin, was executed at Qezel-Hesar Prison in Karaj on charges of “drug-related offenses.”
It is reported that the death sentence had previously been issued and confirmed by the judicial authorities of the Islamic Republic regime.
