On Thursday, 9th of May, 2024, a citizen named Taher Abdolalipour, son of Abdolali from Balanish, Urmia, was executed in the prison of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
It should be noted that this citizen had previously been sentenced to execution by the courts on charges related to drug crimes.
This sentence has been carried out amidst a media boycott.
