On Monday, January 9, 2023, the authorities of the Rajaei Shahr prison in Karaj executed a citizen named “Rashid Lavandpour”, 28 years old.
According to the report, on Sunday this citizen was transferred to solitary confinement together with other prisoners from Urmia named Peyman Arab, Mohammad Qabadlou and Mohammad Broghni to execute the death sentence.
It should be noted that Rashid Lavandpour was detained three years ago on drug charges and sentenced to death by the Iranian judicial system.
