On Friday, September 16, 2022, two citizens named “Zaniar Mohammadnejad”, 24 years old, a civil activist from Sanandaj (Sna) and a resident of Tehran, and “Leila Mirghafari”, a well-known civil activist, were arrested in Tehran.
According to this report, a number of citizens were arrested following the protest rally that was held in front of Kasra hospital in Tehran to protest the killing of Mahsa (Jina) Amini, and so far only two of them have been identified.
It is worth mentioning that, in the city of Saqqez, after the burial of the body of Mahsa (Zina) Amini and the mass gathering of people, several people were arrested and several others were injured.
