Three citizens were wounded by a shot fired by the Revolutionary Guards

On Tuesday, April 26, 2022, two citizens named “Osman Veisi”, 33 years old, son of Khodakaram, a resident of Golchir and Keyvan from Marivan, were wounded by a bullet fired by the Revolutionary Guards of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

According to the report, Iranian Revolutionary Guards forces shot at these citizens without warning and suspected that they were carrying smuggled goods, near the village of Hassanabad in the Marivan district, and both were wounded in the shooting.

It is worth mentioning that these two citizens were taken to Bu Ali Hospital in Marivan for medical treatment. After that, Osman Veisi was transferred to Tohid Hospital in Sanandaj (Sna) due to the severity of his injuries.

An informed source told the Kurdistan Human Rights Association that Osman Veisi is scheduled to undergo surgery and that he is married and the father of two children.

In other news, on the same day, a citizen identified as Kamal Bayazidipour, son of Khalid and a resident of Darbkeh village in Piranshahr, was wounded by Iranian security forces on the Piranshahr-Mahabad route, and the reason for the attack has not yet been determined.
