A citizen identified as “Yousef Amini” from the village of “Gorgavi” in the city of Oshnavieh (Sheno) was sentenced to two years in prison by the First Branch of the Revolutionary Court of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Oshnaviyeh (Sheno) headed by Judge Rezaei.
The Kurdistan Human Rights Association quotes Kurdpa as saying that Yousef Amini was sentenced to two years in prison by the First Branch of the Revolutionary Court of the Islamic Republic of Iran on charges of “collaborating with Kurdish parties opposed to the Iranian government.”And this sentence was announced to her on Sunday, the 7th of Farvardin. .
It should be noted that this citizen was released on January 24, 2022 without any warrant for his arrest, and was finally released from the Iranian security detention center in Oshnavieh (Sheno) after completing his interrogation on bail until the end of the trial.
