On wednesday, march 17, 2021, Siamak Advaei was temporarily released from I.R.Iran’s Prison in Marivan on bail.
It should be noted that he was arrested by the Iranian security forces on january 12 of this year without any court order, He was transferred to one of the Iranian security detention centers in Marivan in early march.
It is worth mentioning that he was denied to access his family and lawyer during his detention.
According to the report, the charge against this citizen was “collaboration with a kurdish party opposed to the Iranian government.”
