On Wednesday, March 16, 2022, a young man with the identity of “Ahun Abbasi”, married, a resident of Farjah area in Sanandaj (Snah), committed suicide and ended his life.
As of this writing, the cause and manner of this citizen’s suicide are not known.
It is worth mentioning that due to poverty and lack of work, the people of Kurdistan, especially the youth, severe economic pressure and forced marriage, gender discrimination, lack of legal protection for women, poverty and unemployment are the main causes of suicide in Kurdistan.
