According to reports received by the Human Rights Association of Kurdistan, on Saturday, October 29, 2022, during the 40th ceremony of Mino Majidi, a citizen of Yarsani who died in nationwide protests, the security forces of the government detained another citizen of Yarsani with the identity of Sied Irfan Hosseini from Kermashan and transferred him to the security detention center.
In this context, on Friday, October 28, a citizen with the identity of Abdurahman Mahmoudi Aghdam from Oshnavieh (Shno) was detained by the Iranian security forces and transferred to an unknown place.
Also, on Thursday, October 27, Iranian security forces detained another citizen, identified as Vahid Rahimi from Urmia, during the protest gatherings and transferred him to an unknown place.
It should be noted that the security forces of the government of Iran have detained many citizens in order to suppress the protesters and so far several people have died under torture in the security detention centers.
