According to reports, the identities of two additional citizens who were killed during popular protests on Thursday, 8 January 2026, in the cities of Kermanshah and Shabad (Islamabad-e Gharb) have been confirmed.
The victims have been identified as Amir Jalilian, a 62-year-old resident of Shabad, and Engineer Zoheir Amirkhani from Kermanshah. Both were killed during protest gatherings in their respective cities after being shot by Iranian regime military and security forces.
