Tragic End for a Dehdashti Bride

K.M.M.K

On Tuesday, April 9, 2024, Seyedeh Pardis Ganjian, aged 20, from Dehdasht, ended her life by suicide.

According to reports, Pardis Ganjian had recently gotten married, but the reason for her suicide was not disclosed.

It’s worth noting that financial hardship, lack of economic infrastructure, unemployment, patriarchal laws, and other factors contribute to the vulnerability of young people, especially girls and women, to suicide, which the Iranian regime has imposed on oppressed communities.
