On Tuesday, November 7, 2023, a 43 years old man named “Azad Sattarpanah”, married with two children, from the village of “Dareh Ziyarat Olia” village of Saqqez city, was shot by direct fire from the military forces on the border of Hangehjale Baneh and lost his life.
It should be mentioned that the border armed forces shoot at Kolbars without prior warning and without any response and injure, mutilate or kill them.
