Issuing a 10-year prison sentence for two members of the board of directors of Nozhin Association

According to the reports received by the KMMK news center, Thursday, October 26, 2023, two members of the board of directors of Nozhin cultural and social association in Sanandaj, Sarveh pour Mohammadi and Idris Manbari, from Branch One of the Revolutionary Court of the Iranian regime in Sanandaj, each to 10 The years of imprisonment of the convicts and their sentences were announced to them by their lawyers Mr. Jowamir Abdullahi and Heman Majidi.

According to the report, on January 29, 2023, while going to the Revolutionary Court of the Iranian regime in Sanandaj to follow up on the status of his colleagues, Sarveh pour Mohammadi was immediately arrested.

Also, Idris Manbari is accused of forming a group and conspiracy by the head of the Revolution Court of the Regime ( Judge Karmi).
In October, he was sentenced in absentia by the second branch of the 2nd Criminal Court of the regime in Sanandaj on the charge of disturbing the public order to one year imprisonment, exile to the prison of the regime known as Diesel Abad and 40 lashes type 6th grade whip.

It should be noted that Idris Manbari was detained and his personal belongings, including a laptop and several other devices, were seized from him on a Saturday, December 18, 2022, during an attack by the repressive forces of the Iranian regime on his residence.
