Urmia; Issuing the death sentence for Naib Askari, a Kurdish political prisoner


According to reports, Naib Askari, a 46-year-old Kurdish political prisoner from Urmia, married with two children, was sentenced to death by the judicial system of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the charge of war, and this sentence was officially communicated to him.

It should be noted that Naib Askari was detained on April 4, 1400 by the forces of the Intelligence Organization of the Revolutionary Guards of Urmia, and after three months of detention in the detention center of this security institution, he was transferred to the central prison of Urmia.

It should be noted that the mentioned person suffers from kidney stone disease and despite the advice of doctors to treat him outside the prison, he has been denied access to medical services due to the opposition of the prison authorities.
