Urmia; A Soldier was Sentence to 30 months imprisonment

Mohammad Sediq Azizi, a soldier from Oshnavieh (Shno) and son of Loqman, by the First Branch of the Military Court of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Urmia was sentenced to 2 years and 6 months in prison.
According to the report, he was sentenced to this amount of imprisonment by the court for collaborating with one of the Kurdish opposition parties of the Iranian government.
According to an informed source: The verdict issued by the court was notified to this citizen on Saturday, April 19th.
It should be noted that this soldier from Oshnavieh was deprived of the right to have a lawyer and contact with his family at the time of his arrest. He was serving in a military barracks in Tehran.
It’s worth mentioning that Mohammad Sediq Azizi was arrested on Wednesday, February 9 , by the Iranian Army Intelligence Forces and transferred from the Islamic Republic of Iran Security Detention Center in Urmia for questioning on Sunday, February 27, and then transferred again to the Iranian Security Forces Prison in Urmia.
