Security forces raid the home of a human rights activist in Piranshahr

On Wednesday, March 16, 2022, in order to arrest this human rights activist, the forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran raided the house of Rahim Khalfaei, Rahman’s son, in Piranshahr (Piranshahr) and took his personal belongings, including a notebook and a laptop.

According to a source close to the human rights activist; At around 8:00 PM, the forces of the Intelligence Service raided the house of the citizen’s father in the town of Mangoor in Piranshahr, and after threatening and disrespecting the residents, they took several booklets, notebooks and laptops with them.

The source added: “The raid and inspection of the intelligence forces were carried out without a court order, and they asked the residents of their son” Rahim Khalfai “‘s house.”

It should be noted that this civil activist was not at home at the time of the attack and his fate is still unknown.

A source close to the caliphs’ family also added: “Security forces asked the residents of the house to report to the intelligence service immediately if this civil activist returns home, otherwise the family members will be arrested.”

Rahim Khalfai was born in 1985 and is married with four children. He has been working in the field of human rights for 2 years.
