Aram Fathi, a civil activist, was transferred to Marivan’s prison

On Saturday, June 19, 2021, “Aram Fathi”, a civil activist native of Marivan was transferred to the quarantine of prison in that city.

It should be noted that on June 17th, he was attacked by a group of seven persons who raided the house of this civil activist in East Kurdistan. After searching his house, he was arrested and his personal belongings were confiscated and taken away.

It’s rumored that he was arrested in the Marivan due to complaint from an Iranian military family.

The family of this civil activist went to the court of the Iranian government in the city of Marivan to find out about their son’s condition, and they refused to answer and referred them to an office called ‘places’ also that Office has evaded retaliation and they have returned to court.

In talks with Aram Fathi’s family, the Iranian government prosecutor pressured them to force Aram to cooperate with them.
Aram Fathi is a poet, civil activist and student at Payame Noor University of Marivan and an active member of the ‘movlavi’ and ‘Vajin’ Literary Associations.
It’s noteworthy that he has been arrested several times by the Iranian government’s security and intelligence agencies over the past few years.

According to the report, his physically sick and needs immediate medical treatment and care.
