On Tuesday, May 18, 2021, five civil activists with identities “Morteza Mohammadi”, “Ghane’a Khateri”, “Keyvan Eliasy”, ”Mohsen Hossein Panahi” and “Reza Rezaei” were arrested by Iranian government security forces.
The five civil activists were arrested in Sna (Sanandej) in there private homes by security and intelligence forces without any warrant and court order, also they’re transferred to a detention center.
It’s noteworthy that these people were summoned to the Intelligence Office by phone call on May 17th.
Until the publication of this report, no information has been obtained about the reason for the detention of these citizens, and the efforts of their families to find out where they are being held have been in vain.
According to the information received, these people was civil activists and they’re active in charitable and civil affairs. Ghaneh Khateri and Mohsen Hossein Panahi are members of the “Kurdistan Life” campaign.
