Tuesday, March 23, 2021 “Aram Nikpei” was arrested in Marivan after being referred to the Iranian Intelligence Office.
Aram Nikpei, 34 year old, son of Hassan from the Ney village in Marivan.
It should be noted that he had a history of detention by IRGC.
As of this writing, the reason for the arrest and location of this citizen is unknown.
