Uromia; Suicide of a woman

Wednesday, March 17, 2021, a woman with the identity of “Avin Naghshin”, the daughter of Kamil, resident of uromia, committed suicide and ended her life.

According to report received by KMMK, She committed suicide by hanging herself.
Forced marriage, gender discrimination, lack of legal protection for women, poverty and unemployment are the main causes of suicide in Kurdistan.
