“Houshang Rezaie”Sentenced to death

He was sentenced to death in Branch 28 of the Revolutionary Court under the chairmanship of “Judge Moghiseh” on charges of “moharebeh through membership in one of the opposition parties of the government,” Komalah, sentenced to death verbally in the “Raja’i Shahr prison of Karaj” In the process of being prosecuted, he was deprived of the right to volunteer attorneys and his trial was based on allegations made by the security forces of the Ministry of Intelligence to the judge of the case.
