Zaniar and Loghman Moradi Condemned to death
KMMK: Zaniar and Loghman Moradi, two political prisoners were arrested on July 11, 2009 by security forces in Marivan city; on December 1, 2010, he was tried in Branch 15 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court and charged with moharebeh through membership in a Cordarian opposition party, as well as The murder of the son of Imam Khomeini, Marivan, was sentenced to death in his life. The two political prisoners, in an open letter to the public, wrote about a year ago about their case.
The letter stated that there was no evidence of the charges against them attributed to the case, and for eight years been the victim of the political game and the scenario planned by the City Information Office.
Zaniar and Loghman Moradi have stated in their letter that on March 1, 2014, in the presence of their lawyers, Saleh Nikbakht, a court was set up to hear their case, and in this meeting, the judge of the court witnessed the incompleteness of the case and the inadequacy of the evidence.

According to the Kurdistan Human Rights Human Rights Center, in 2010, 446 people were executed in the prisons of the Islamic Republic of Iran, of which nearly 20% of the executed, 86 of whom were Kurdish citizens.
31 of the executed were hanged by the Islamic Republic of Iran; 9 of these executions were in eastern Kurdistan, accounting for nearly 30% of executions carried out in the eastern part of Kordestan.
In 2016, 44 people were executed on charges of moharebeh and corruptors in Iran, 30 of them executed for political and security reasons, of which 27 were Kurdish citizens.
