According to a report from the Kurdistan Human Rights Association, on Sunday 30 July 2017, Abu Bakr Molania, Kurdish carrier from Sardasht, in eastern Kurdistan, was released after 70 days of his unaware.
According to the report, on Wednesday 17 May 2017, after the visit of Abu Bakr Molania to the city of “Maku” in order to meet his wife’s family, he was detained by the city’s intelligence and transferred to a special protection prison and interrogated and tortured. According to an authoritative source, Abu Bakr stated that his only charge was financial cooperation with his brother,escaped from the intelligence forces and lives in Turkey.
After all this time, Abu Bakr Molania torture and his passport and his wife return, and the accusations that were not legally valid, were released today.
It should be noted that Abu Bakr Molania was arrested by the Khoy Information Office in eastern Kurdistan at the beginning of September 2016, which was released after 18 days.
Abu Bakr was born in 1988 in the city of Sardasht and was engaged in the work of carrier, who shooting targeted by the Islamic Republic of Iran in 2013, and was undergoing medical care for a period of six months in one of the hospitals southern Kurdistan.
