Confiscation of property of a political prisoner based on the vote of the Islamic Revolutionary Tribunal of Mahabad City in eastern Kurdistan
According to a report from the Kurdistan Human Rights Association, according to a ruling by the Islamic Revolutionary Tribunal of Mahabad, the property of a political prisoner, called Khalegh Mohammad Zadeh, was taken over by the government.
It is worth recalling that Khalegh Mohammad Zadeh was arrested by the Ministry of Intelligence on Wednesday 15 October2003 on charges of political and civil activity and creating insecurity with the intention of overthrowing the Islamic Republic of Iran and subjected to physical and psychological torture and then after injuries. And the injuries were transferred to the hospital and after being late for a period of hospitalization, he was temporarily on leave for a payment of 86 million dollars and his home document security. It should be noted that Khalegh Mohammad Zadeh escaped during hospitalization and was treated at the hospital and is refugee to the city of Erbil (Arbil) in southern Kurdistan, where he undergoes treatment and treatment.
According to the Kurdistan Human Rights Association, on Wednesday 19 July 2017, the Islamic Revolutionary Court of Mahabad City, Mohammad Zadeh’s family, was summoned to the Islamic Revolutionary Tribunal of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and it was announced that the Khalegh was acting against the political and anti-security activities. Islamic Republic of Iran outside of the country, its property is confiscated.
Khalegh Mohammad Zadeh was born in 1975 and was a temporary employee of the Office of Labor and Social Affairs of Mahabad, and was detained by the Ministry of Intelligence in 2003.And later, according to the Islamic Revolutionary Tribunal of Mahabad, a fine of 17 million tomans was fined.
