The European Court of Human Rights has called for an explanation of the cause of the detention of HDP representatives from the Turkish government

According to a report from the Kurdistan Human Rights Association , the European Court of Human Rights has called on the Turkish government to explain the reasons for the detention of MPs from the Democratic People’s Party.

A report from the Center for the Renewal of the News Agency said that the Democratic People’s Party (HDP) had already asked the European Court of Human Rights to investigate the case of HDP prisoners. The European Court of Human Rights has accepted this request, and reviewed it and issued its opinion and opinion, the lawyer of the case, Ramezan Demir, today released a court ruling in his tweet.

The European Court of Human Rights called for an explanation of the Turkish government regarding the arrest of Salah Din Damirtash, the joint head of state, and Figen Yuksekdagh, the former chairman of the HDP and other detainees at the party, and should respond to the European Court of Human Rights.
