Kurd prisoner journalist vacation ban

According to the Kurdistan Human Rights Association Report and published news from the Kurdistan News Agency, Kurd journalist Kamal Sharifi has been in a difficult and difficult situation for nine years in Minab Prison.

This journalist was arrested on Sunday 25 May 2008 , in Saqez, East of Kurdistan, and arrested in a few minutes trial on charges of disrupting the public order and attempting to oppose the Islamic Republic of Iran by the Revolutionary Court of the city of Sanandaj. Sentenced to 30 years in prison and exile.

Kamal Sharifi was arrested in Sardasht earlier in 1988 and imprisoned for some time in Sardasht and Piranshahr prisons on charges of leaving the border and communicating with the Democrat Party.

In 1990, he was arrested again on charges of political activity by security centers of the Islamic Republic of Iran and he was sentenced to one year in prison and 40 lashes in the Revolutionary Court of Saqez.

In 2008, the Kurdish journalist went to Khoy city with the aim of contacting scholars and literary figures, but was attacked and arrested by Iranian security forces.

Kamal Sharifi, after several months of torture in Sanandaj and Saqez prisons, by Judge “Shaghayegh” was sentenced to 30 years in prison and exiled , and while he has been kept in “Minab” prison for 9 years and in unstable physical and psychological conditions and has been denied any right to visit and leave during these years.

This prisoner several years ago in Minab Prison to protest the imposition of rights and Inappropriate behavior  prison authorities hunger strike for one month that’s why it encountered a lot of problems during the 9 years of exile and imprisonment, and keeping in among prisoners who have non-political accusations , without any right, is still in difficulty.
